Quick summary

Some situations cannot be delegated to just anyone: a signature to attend on your behalf, a sensitive handover, a delicate family matter to coordinate from abroad. Our confidential-assistance service provides a single, named, accountable professional — shaped by the discipline of regulated private investigation — under a written confidentiality agreement, within a strict ethical framework.

Our commitments

Trust is proven, not proclaimed

Classic providers — personal assistants, concierge services, couriers — rarely carry a culture of confidentiality. We built ours in the world of regulated investigation: observing without being seen, acting without unnecessary traces, reporting with precision.

One named contact

You deal with a single, identified professional who is personally accountable for the mission. No subcontracting, no rotating staff, no diluted responsibility.

Written confidentiality

The subject of your mission, your identity and the means employed are protected by a written confidentiality agreement — including after the mission ends.

Ethics screening first

Every request is screened for legitimacy, legality and proportionality before any engagement. We decline anything outside the law or our code of conduct — and say so plainly.

Scope of intervention

What a trusted representative handles

These areas are deliberately generic: the first confidential conversation qualifies your exact need — and verifies that it fits our ethical and legal framework.

1. Representation & presence

  • Attending a meeting, handover or signature on your behalf
  • Discreet representation in a delicate context
  • Acting as a neutral interface between parties
  • Precise reporting of what was said and done

2. Errands for a principal

  • Confidential errands with third parties, within a strict legal framework
  • Delivery or retrieval of sensitive documents and items
  • Simple factual checks that do not fall under regulated investigation
  • Full traceability of every step

3. Discreet accompaniment

  • Accompaniment during sensitive travel or appointments
  • A trusted presence when the moment requires one
  • No physical protection duties — a separately regulated activity in France
  • Total discretion towards third parties

4. Delicate situations

  • Confidential coordination of a sensitive family or estate matter
  • Discreet management of successive operational steps
  • Composure, judgement and method in tense contexts
  • Referral to CNAPS-licensed investigation when facts must be established
Our approach

From first conversation to confidential debrief

1. Listening & framing

A confidential conversation to understand your need, its context and constraints. We verify the ethical and legal feasibility of the mission before anything else.

2. Feasibility review

Assessment of means, timeline and risks. The exact scope, reporting terms and confidentiality conditions are agreed in writing before any engagement.

3. Discreet execution

Operational delivery with a minimal footprint. Regular progress updates through the channel of your choice. Every action is logged and documented.

4. Confidential debrief

A structured debrief and handover to you. Full documentation on request, secure destruction of sensitive data as agreed, and formal closure of the mission.

Ethical framework

Clear limits build real trust

In France, watching a person, gathering evidence and investigating are reserved by law to CNAPS-licensed private research agencies (Book VI of the Internal Security Code); the physical protection of persons is another regulated activity. We exercise regulated investigation ourselves, in its own framework — which is precisely why we never blur the line within confidential assistance.

What we always decline

  • Any mission contrary to French law or to our code of conduct
  • Surveillance of persons (reserved to CNAPS-licensed private investigation)
  • Evidence gathering and investigation (CNAPS framework)
  • Physical protection of persons (a separately regulated activity)
  • Any action liable to harm third parties

If your need falls under a regulated framework, we tell you at the first conversation and refer you to the proper channel — including our own licensed investigation practice when facts must be formally established.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

What kind of missions do you accept?

We deliberately publish no list. The first confidential conversation establishes what you need and whether we can help within our ethical and legal framework. The four areas above — representation, errands for a principal, discreet accompaniment, delicate situations — set the general perimeter. We systematically decline anything contrary to the law or our code of conduct.

How is this different from a personal assistant or concierge?

Our background is regulated private investigation, which instilled a culture of discretion, accountability and traceability that assistant and concierge services rarely possess. We are not a luxury concierge — we are an operational partner of trust for situations that demand more than convenience.

Can you watch someone or gather evidence for me?

Not within confidential assistance. In France, surveillance of persons and evidence gathering are reserved to CNAPS-licensed private research agencies — an activity we also exercise, in its own legal framework with its own safeguards. If your need falls under it, we tell you at the first conversation and the matter is handled in that regulated framework.

Is my information protected?

Yes, contractually. One named contact, no opaque subcontracting, and a written confidentiality agreement covering the entire mission — including after its closure. Secure destruction of sensitive data can be arranged as part of the closing terms.

Do you work in English?

Yes. The initial conversation, the engagement letter and all progress reports can be conducted and written in English. Documents intended for French authorities or courts are drafted in French, as legally required, with an English translation provided.

How is the service priced?

Each mission is priced by written quote after the framing conversation, based on scope, duration, means and availability level. The first conversation is confidential and without obligation — it serves as much to assess feasibility as to verify that the request fits our ethical framework.

A confidential conversation, without obligation

Describe your situation. We will tell you honestly whether we can help — and if we cannot, we will point you to who can. For the ongoing care of an unoccupied property, see our property verification service.
